A sprinkler service agreement includes the following:

Spring startup includes:

• Re-installing your RPZ (backflow preventer)
• Adjusting the time clock
• Running the system & checking all zone
• Adjusting heads where needed
• Check for leaking pipes

Winter shut down includes:

• Turning off time clock
• Turning off meter
• Disconnecting & putting away your RPZ
• Covering RPZ connection
• Note: Due to the possibility of installation or design flaws in a system we cannot guarantee against freeze damage.

A lawn sprinkler system service agreement plan includes two visits per year (spring & winter). If a plumbing system service agreement is purchased with a lawn system agreement the plumbing and sprinkler visits will be done on the same visit.

The service agreement increases the reliability of the system, but should a plan owner require emergency service, they will receive preferential treatment.
